Equipment

You don’t need equipment to get started. A sturdy chair and a water bottle are plenty. When you’re ready for more variety, a band, ball and light dumbbells are easy to add.

Start with what you have

No equipment yet? No problem. A can of soup or a water bottle works as a light weight, and a rolled towel or soft pillow can stand in for the ball. For band exercises, just copy the motions without the band to learn the movement first. Add equipment whenever you are ready.
